That's wild! (Queue in Twilight Zone music here...) And I'll assume you were praying for the "unknown" accident victim too, which is even cooler.
I had something like that happen recently. New to the neighborhood, I heard through a neighbor that another neighbor I'd never met had cancer. I had it on my heart to pray for the lady with cancer, so I did. Later I discovered that she was a friend I had run cross-country with in high school. We had been out of touch over 20 years. When I found that out, I was even happier that I had followed the nudge to pray.
