Motion on the Floor to extend debate on the substitute

This substitute is the best - and before this General Convention so far - only resolution that that respects and honors the Windsor Report. THe Deputies are now discussing an amendment to the amendment to extend debate by fifteen minutes on the substitute.

It is unclear to the chair that the vote was aye or ney on extending the debate so they are having to go into electronic voting.
