House of Bishops are being informed right now what happened in House of Deputies regarding A161

Taking 162 and are substituting the language that is in A161 that was defeated by the Deputies. John Howe has the floor. Is saying that the wording is the same as A161. He is reading the rules that prohibit this type of resolution. The Bishops can do whatever they want, but does not believe that the Deputies could take it up again,.

Griswold is saying that they could take a a Mind of the House.

In other words: The HoB thinks they can --again-- pull the wool over the HoD's eyes and the eyes of the Church militant (Oh, they don't use that terminology any more, do they?)
