El Camino Deputy calls for House to turn attention away from Windsor as wait continues on results of vote

Interesting that it's a deputy from El Camino Real who asking that the House move to other business. One can imagine where he stands on the Windsor Report.

So Program and Budget takes the mic as though regular business can be conducted while everyone waits to hear how the Deputies will vote on the future of the Episcopal Church. I am sure that people are not able to listen - and OOPS, now Werner interupts and says that they are not going to do that after all. They are going to vote on Executive Committee instead so the poor woman who is the chair of Program and Budget has to slink into the shadows while vote commences on Executive Committee.

One does wonder if it's time to bring the van in.
