You don't know how your posting this meant at the time you posted it. The very night was a one of extreme frustration dealing with many of the issues in this video. I'm in a better place than I was in terms of clergy desiring to shepherd (honestly I think others are too big for shepherds to know their sheep), but I'm still me, so that night was drawing to a head many of the same problems I take with me where-ever I go.
This posting was a true gift the next morning (I went to bed early that night).
