An admirable sentiment. However, sincerity and the same goal does not guarantee that the the path chosen is one which will take you to that goal. One of the things you learn about evacuation processes, whether from a sinking ship, burning airplane, or Dunkirk, is that there are always people milling around, somewhat befuddled. While it might be nice to dialog with them, they are in fact in the way of others getting to safety. Usually you can just grab them and shove them in the right direction. Once you get them moving, they are fine. In extreme cases, you push them aside so that others may get by and be saved.

I do hope you figure out one or the other, for the two are moving in different directions and a third option that you've not considered may occur if holding onto both.

I have a preference and if you choose similarly, I'd urge doing what I've done with a place I tried six years (lie, I tried five and sought the Lord to leave for one) with much frustration, little success and a deep feeling of loss. To hold onto those friends inside tightly but let go and grieve the institution. TEC, DioVA and Truro are mere worldly constructs that do not go into the next age, but the servants of God inside those structures do.

I wrote about the other on SF.

In any case, may the Lord walk right beside you on your journey. May you hear his voice. May you let go of any pain in the past and any worry about the future that you can enjoy His presence and gifts He has for you today.
