Heath Ledger posthumously wins Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor

His performance as the Joker in The Dark Knight was masterful on so many levels - Heath Ledger (1979-2008) took his performance into the realm of what constitutes evil, as Ralph Fiennes did in his harrowing performance in Schindler's List. "He will be eternally missed," said the director Christopher Nolan upon accepting the award tonight. "But he will never be forgotten."
