Bob Dylan about GW Bush: "I'm glad he's got good taste in music"
On today’s new Theme Time Radio Hour on XM Radio, after playing Van Morrison’s Brown Eyed Girl, Bob Dylan said this:
"That was Van Morrison. In April of 2005, the White House announced that Brown Eyed Girl gets regular rotation on George W. Bush’s iPod. Hmm. I’m glad he’s got good taste in music."
Wow. No mean-spirited aside, Bob, no dig, no nothing to put you in the papers tomorrow morning as having signed up for the All Artists Hate George W. Bush Club - you didn't jump on that bandwagon. No pause and then the slap to disassociate yourself from this president. What a compliment - could you give one any higher? I'm glad too.
