This morning Rowan Williams continues meeting with the TEC House of Bishops. We hope the bishops remember that if it keeps on raining the levee's gonna break. Their proposed resolutions sound like they are following in the tracks of the builders of the New Orleans levees. When does broke become broken? When the waters rise.

Let's see, we have 4 resolutions and 4 flying bishops--or was that 4 resolutions and 8 flying bishops? Anyway, we're up to 12; when will the dam(n) break?
