There will always be an England

Daniel Hannan, Member of the European Parliament (MEP), representing South East England for the Conservative Party, gives a speech during Gordon Brown´s visit to the European Parliament on March 24, 2009. In the European Parliament, he currently serves as an independent, having previously been a member of EPP-ED, the group of the European People's Party.

Let me be the first to call for someone like Daniel Hannan to be the next ABC! Do you think that what Gordon Brown was scribbling was a quick note to KJS to have D.H. removed from office?

We could use more guys like him. Very articulate and clear. I'm sure he would make a great ABC. His family are British Peruvians (British immigrants in Peru). Southern Cone? That gives me an idea: the next ABC should be chosen from a Southern Cone Bishop.
