This is one of my all time favorites. It seems to me that the 70's was the best decade for musicianship. A lot of groups from that era are still around and the young folks like them too. Led Zeppelin, Eagles, Rolling Stones, Genesis, Chicago (even KISS) etc. I saw the Eagles perform in Fresno a few years ago and they have such a collection of individual talent.

Gene Simmons is doing a "Military Tribute" show these days. You can see it on You Tube. He was at Camp Pendleton recently.
