"Church Attorney" steps down from TItle IV Investigation

Josephine Hicks, the official "church attorney" leading the investigation of Bishop Mark Lawrence after his diocese, the Episcopal Diocese of South Carolina, modified its constitution, stepped down from the post today after questions were raised regarding possible conflicts of interest inside the investigation.
