What I want to know is who is the admin that leaking all this stuff to TEC and who is the admin who leaked it to Greg Griffith? WOW!
The main document is more Episco-babble, but I'm impressed with the Appendixes, it looks like people have been dumpster diving for documents [*insert Mission Impossible theme here*]. This is up to the level of the Good Shepherd.
I'm sure it's full of errors, but then it probably has some items pieced together. Kind of like the CIA assessment of the Soviet Space Program.

Actually, this explains a lot. I wonder when TEC came into possession of Appendix "E" & "I," that would explain the sudden U-Turn for the +Lee 12/1/06 letter, then the complete reversal in January. +Lee must not been on the inside core loop of things, but in outer ring. Also this document make Dar es Salaam Communique make a lot more sense, actually makes the HoB actions make a lot more sense.
Basically enough information for TEC to draw a huge conspiracy theory.
Kevin, most of the documents haven't been secret and for those that might have been harder to find on the internet, the lawsuits against Bishop Duncan by the progressive Episcopalians in the Diocese of Pittsburgh have caused some of his personal papers to be made public.
My guess is, though, that there are other documents (the ones that aren't public - these really are public, not secret) generated by TEC that would make for far more interesting reading (just exactly what did David Booth Beers say to Bishop Lee to get him throw a year's worth of hard work by his own committee out the window?).
It's still silly to think that IRD is the Force of All Evil. This morning I was coming up the escalator at Dupont Circle and someone was playing the Darth Vader Theme from Star Wars on a trumpet. What a song to play while we're all marching off to work. One wonders if Those With Whom We Disagree also play the Darth Vader Theme on a trumpet everytime they say "IRD." It was silly a year ago and it's still silly.
The problem is, Diane Knippers was brilliant - it seems to me that these "so-called" progressives can't believe that a woman would be so brilliant without some men somewhere in the shadows stuffing money into the freezer. A woman couldn't have done all that she did - isn't that what these folks are really saying????

The IRD thing is just funny.
Basically this is industrial espionage, where you attempt to graph together your competition, often quite poorly. Trying to guess where Rockingham is going to raise it's prices, on what units.
They have a world view and these documents are doing nothing but re-enforcing it.
However I'll say the "coup d'état of the GS" is going to be there playing card, I'm sure we'll see it again.
