Hope they can make it in - we're having another Winter Storm watch. From here:Bob Dylan and Joan Baez will reunite next Wednesday, February 10th for a performance at the White House. As TwentyFourBit reports, some 47 years after she joined Dylan in Washington, DC for the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom (the same even where “I Have a Dream” went down), Baez is now set to join him, along with Smokey Robinson, John Mellencamp, the Blind Boys of Alabama, and others at another Civil Rights Event in the Nation’s Capital, this being the White House-hosted Celebration of Music from the Civil Rights Movement.
In addition to their joint participation in the legendary 1963 March, Dylan and Baez collaborated together numerous occasions, including at the 1964 Newport Folk Festival (hear below) and the famed Rolling Thunder Revue tour in the mid-1970s. Baez is also widely credited for bringing Dylan into national prominence — she recorded several songs and took him on tour — during a time which the two were also romantically involved. Must-See TV to say the least!!!
The concert will be streamed live on whitehouse.gov and televised on February 11th at 8:00 p.m. ET on public broadcasting stations nationwide.

There is no more beautiful bell-like voice than Joan Baez - and no more mush-mouthed whiny fraud than Mr Dylan.
