TLC Reports: Global South Will Propose Two-Province Solution and the dismissal of the Archbishop of York and the TEC Presiding Bishop

Speculation or Fact? We realize that rumors and gossip can spread like wildfire in meetings like this, so we would caution that we hold this news lightly until we receive confirmation from the ground. We recall that "facts" can be interpreted lots of ways - but if these reports are accurate, then it looks like they won't just be singing Kumbayah at this meeting.
