TLC Reports: Global South Will Propose Two-Province Solution and the dismissal of the Archbishop of York and the TEC Presiding Bishop

George Conger over at The Living Church is reporting that the Global South will propose a two-province solution at the Primates meeting in Tanzania this week. You can read his article here. In addition, George is also reporting that the Global South will offer a agenda that will include dismissing both the Archbishop of York and the Presiding Bishop of TEC from the meetings. You can read that article here.

Speculation or Fact? We realize that rumors and gossip can spread like wildfire in meetings like this, so we would caution that we hold this news lightly until we receive confirmation from the ground. We recall that "facts" can be interpreted lots of ways - but if these reports are accurate, then it looks like they won't just be singing Kumbayah at this meeting.

Surely George Conger has it right! After all, he IS the number one voice of the Church, isn't he?
