Hope it goes better with the Queen

Many Americans are feeling rather sorry after Prime Minister Gordon Brown's less than stellar treatment by the current resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and his staff during the Prime Minister's most recent visit to Washington. It sure was a far cry from the chummier days of old.

As Tony Blair once said to a joint session of Congress after being given a tour of the U.S. Capitol, including the bits burned by the British during the War of 1812, "Sorry."

Guess it's time to call in the Queen to patch things up.
